I am a new amateur astronomer and have purchased a quite advanced scope, mount and CCD camera. I have searchd the astronomy websites and asked for advice. but have not received much information., I thought I would try PC Wordl Networking forum. The mount and camera I have are intended to be controlled with a PC using astronomy software. I would like to be able to do so wirelessly from inside my house. The scope, mount and camera, which I can see outside through my sunroom windows are about 100 feet away from my house. CCD images taken with the camera are pretty big files, so whatever wireless system I use needs to be able to transfer files rapidly. Could anyone suggest what hardware/software I could use to control the tracking of the mount and the taking of CCD images wirelessly? I would appreciate any advice/sauggestions anyone might offer. Thanks,
