Beware: UPBILL does the billing and support for Fixio. The tech that I talked to refused to refund my $29 charge after trying to hard-sell me on a expensive service-contract and Microsoft anti-virus software, which I refused to purchase from him. He even down-selled the fixio product and claimed that only a service-contract would fix my computer.

The exact same thing happened to me as to Gladbolt. I called their support number because Fixio had become disabled when I upgraded my computer to Windows 8. Apparently, there was no solution. They refused to refund and insisted that I speak with another tech whose sole purpose was to get me into a very expensive ($300+) service contract and Microsoft anti-virus software called MS Essential. When I declined, this tenacious sales person started un-bundling the offer to lower the price. It was clearly some highly choreographed sales process. Whatever you do, don't let them do a remote check of your computer! Use CCleaner instead of Fixio!!

I have Norton Internet Security 2013 and PC Pitstop's Optimizer but it is running out and I am not going back. Auglostics has a free defrag download that optimizws as well. M
Maybe I am all wrong!! If anyone knows of the best PC Cleaner software (non -free) download please reply back.
Thanks!

I have Windows 7 on my computer, and it was acting very strange recently, so I purchased Fixio PC Cleaner in order to clean it up. After a scan the cleaner found a bunch of issues and fixed them. I really recommend this program, it is very easy to use.
