Furthermore , Microsoft has no idea when
they will be able to fix it.

Sigh, it's clear that you are a Microsoft hater now matter what but please spare us the BS. Like no other product has security wholes in it!

When a company as BIG as Microsoft can place an average score, that is saying a whole lot more then when a smaller company is only average.

Nice of you to play that down. MSFT serves software the world over. Many other developers may also be global, but not in the same mass.
It is hard to keep 93% od the world comstantly happy. So to be 'C' average is saying lot. That means those smaller company's should be doing far better, but they are not. They are equally as good, when they should be better.

Its pretty much like the quality of computers themselves. Dell has a 18% failure rate wile Apple who is claimed to have better quality has a 17% failure rate. Yet they build far less PC's 2.5 million per quarter compared to 15M per quarter.

Even @ 69% MSFT is still ahead of everyone else. Who says marketshare doesn't matter.

PCW Tries to put down MS as usual, but also as usual not every reader falls for their misguided articles. 93% share worldwide and 76% satisfaction from a relevant sample are great numbers.
