hello,
i'd like to get some opinions on automation and macro softwares that are available on the internet? anyone have recommendation? i think i'd find few things to automate at my office, how it's with your business?

What applications do you want to automate? They may come with their own automation tools.

hello, i've tested few different programs... i found automation anywhere quite suitable for anything you might want to do with windows and server. At the moment i'm discovering imacros addon for firefox, but i also automate backups of wordpress installations etc.

I used to use a boilerplate add-in with Firefox, but I switched to Chrome last year when I switched to Windows 7, and I don't remember the name of the add-in I was using. (Boilerplate, for anyone unfamiliar with the term, is effectively the same as text-entry macros. You can create text strings that you can insert anywhere you want to.)

It sounds like you are mostly looking to automate local tasks (meaning, programs on your PC)
