I'm looking for a way to copy my old, mostly off-the-air-movies videotapes to DVD, but only if the picture quality of the old tapes would be improved. Some of them are now blurry and indistinct. Is there equipment that will improve the picture quality while copying, maybe digitize then reconstitute? I'm not talking about allowing copying of new protected videos, but only of getting better quality copies.
