I have been shopping at (blair.com ) for ages,with no problems; but for the past 3-4 wks this is what happens; " I go to the site shop,adding items,as I go thru the store,but when I am ready to check-out ; there is an empty basket ####times. I have spoken to their tec. I am the only one reporting this problem.I am running IE 7,but this was happening before with IE 6. I have run virus scan,pest patrol........turned off firewall.......checked and rechecked forums still the same .....any Ideas???:unsure::

Try clearing your browser cache, history, and cookies.

Do you have the same problem while using another browser such as Firefox or any other third party browser?

Try using a third party browser to see if you have the same problem. If you don't like the browser, you can always get rid of it.

Thanks for suggesting adding a browser,I downloaded foxfire and now am able to load the shopping cart,however stlll cant print anything from e-bay,paypal any more ideas??

Do you mean that the print button in the web page doesn't work, or the print option built into the browser doesn't work?
