So I have this 3 old iMac that has 1 gb of ram. Is it possible to upgrade it to 2 gb or even 4gb. I'm heavily using iMovie and its really slow with it. Also sometimes when using it it says I don't have enough memory so any possible way to do this.

It will depend specifically which iMac model it is. We will need more information to narrow that down. But, you should be able to go to at least 2 GB, but could potentially got to as much as 4 GB depending on the specific model.

Is it a "silver" iMac or a "white" one?
