Looking For A Good Webcam

Hi, my name is Chris and I am a musician. Recently me and my bandmates decided we'd like to perform using a live webcast. I'm looking into buying a reasonably priced webcam that provides decent video and audio quality..Was wondering if you had some suggestions as to a good webcam and/or software that could be used for doing this.
