salvaging itunes library from Ipod?

Something is wrong with my computer and it won't open Itunes. I have downloaded 30+ DAYS WORTH of my own CD's on to ITunes, not to mention spent countless hours adding album artwork. Now I am afraid that I will lose most, if not all of it! I have an external hard drive, but haven't saved my itunes library on it recently (imported another ~150 cd's since then).Is there a way I can copy music FROM my Ipod back to Itunes, in case my computer harddrive has to be restored?What about music I purchased from Itunes?Thanks for your help.

Yes, there is. Here is an article from Playlist with instructions for both PC and Mac.
