As a 60 year old I've arrived late to the computor world but have had fun trying to catch up with my grand kids. I subscribe to pc world mag & another computor mag, As an old hot rod builder I have put this current computer together myself using parts recomended by reviews published in these 2 mags. Which brings me to the point to this comment.I have never come accross a piece of equipment that has failed so completly to do what the box & reviews say it can do. Hardware installation is easy, however once the software was loaded everything was downhill. It did not tune in nothing seemed to work, so off to the ati site, after an unbeliveible search thru lists of tuners, grafic cards & such I found my device. I now had to download several drivers & updates to the desktop then uninstall all the software that came with the wonder elite and install the updated software. Viola a TV picture nothing else was there all of the other features dissapiered never to be found. After several more atemps starting from scratch I called the customer service dept. The person who came on the phone realy wanted to be somewhere else his attitude was that if I was so stupid that I couldn't make this thing work he couldn't be bothered talking me thru it. My lateist visit to the ati site now shows that AMD has taken over & if it is possible its even harder to find anything about this device other than its latest more expensive clone, Reviewers all rave and give great marks to ati products. I will get this thing to work but I will never buy or even take as a gift another ati product. Mike Hennessey ljeconsult@verizon.net
