Dear All,

I have been using HP LaserJet 5200n printer for printing documents. I have been receiving the message since last week "This document failed to print."

I checked all the things which I suspect but nothing worked.

I don't know what is wrong with this printer. Please help me to resolve my problem.

Please find enclosed herewith the screen shot of the error message I encounter. This will help all to troubleshoot easily.

Thanks in advance.

Vishnu

Well, you say you checked everything, but is this a web connected printer or a wired connection?

The printer is attached with wire connection. The system to which the printer is connected is HP compaq (Intel Core 2 Duo Processor and Windows Xp OS).

Thanks,

Vishnu

I don't see a screenshot. Do you have any error number (ex. 0x0000008)? Tried any other USB cables?

Huh? I thought you attached a screenshot to the original message but it failed for some reason - or at least that's what it sounded like. Actually, seems that message doesn't have any error code. Never mind... Tried uninstalling the printer drivers (hp's), then going into Device Manager and uninstalling it, then rebooting and reinstalling the drivers?

I think you should try to uninstall the printer and then reinstall it. You should also update the drivers. Thanks!
