    Why I'm here in PC World forums: I spend about 72 hours a week on Windows glitches, so if I found a solution to someone else's problem, I want to explain what worked for me. Also, to see if my problem is like someone else's. Finally, to see what software and hardware cause the most problems for people, so to make wiser future purchasing decisions.
