My Router has a white cat5 ehternet cable at the input port, and a yellow cat5 cable from the router to computer. I also have a lappy & PS3 conected wireless, although at ne point I had the PS3 connected by way of Cat 5 to a second port ( I have 4 total).

Hey Whisky. Sorry abiut the delay. I have company visiting from out in Oregon and have been checking in intermittantly. Anyway, If i an correct ( Not completely up to speed on Comcast connections) the modem connects to the router by way of Cat5 ethernet cable. If so, and the touther has multiple ports, than you shoould be able to connect a Computer in each port using a Cat5 cable for each.

Hi Kimberly, Yeah, we didn't get much in the way of thanks quite the opposite in a lot of cases. Sound like you guys did your part, because they certainly needed all the help they could get to get settled when they got here.I had a shipmate that went back and is one of the 7 coasties in the wall in D.C.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to my question regarding working at home on the computer. Also, thank you for your tour in Vietnam! You guys did not get the thanks you deserved! My parents helped get several Vietnamese families on their feet after they escaped. Our garage was turned into a "camp" for a few months. Anyway, this is one more American that apprecaites you! Thanks, Kimberly

My Dad was from a little place in Gates County ( Hobbsville N.C.) It was only about 90 miles from Nags Head so an easy day trip when I was down at my Grandmother's. My mother ended up with the farm after my Dad's death and ended up selling it. My siter is on the OBX now and I have her year old Lab as well as my 4 mo. old Shar Pei puppy. What a handful.

That is wild, my husband grew up around the Outer Banks in Tyrell County and fished the OBX all his life until moving to lower NC coast. We have his homeplace there that we are SLOWLY working on remodeling. It is nice and quite there, I love it.

I'm retired so taxes aren't an issue. I mostly fish saltwater these days. Haven't been out to the Outer Banks in a while. That is one of my favorite places and a reason I went into the Coast Guard ( ended up on Cape Cod Mass out of Basic). My Grandmother had a farm about 21 miles west of Elizabeth City and I spent a lot of time around Nags Head while growing up. Miss the Fresh Butterbeans.

Well if you need tax or payroll help I can help :) I see your interests are fishing - saltwater or fresh? Just curious as we are on the coast of NC and eat a lot of saltwater fish my husband catches. I don't fish either - I grow the veggies to go with them.

Hi. It is our pleasure to be able to help where we can. Hang around here enough and you will pick up things. I still learn a thing or two that I didn't know ( which is still considerable in my opinion). We have some very capable people around here, actually all over the place, in the USA and beyond. I can balance my bank account, but that is the extent of my accounting ablities.

Coastie, wanted to thank you for helping me with my computer virus. Maybe I will learn how these things work one day - don't hold your breath - I am better at accounting. Just wanted to say thanks a bunch! notpcliterate
