"Swiss Army Knife" 4 Diagnostics

I'm seriously considering starting a 1-man biz to do PC triage , and maybe be a liaison between them and their PC support. So, I'm looking for a "suite" of products, if you will, that will help me give quick diagnostics and recommendations. Any suggestions? Give links if possible.Tanx,GPL
