The information in this article was actually very helpful but personally I prefer something else. As a matter of fact I don't have problems planning my business trips any more , and really don't have the time to do it by myself but last year I found a great resource for business trip planning and hotel arrangements for events and exhibitions all over the world. I remember I had to travel to Milan, Italy for a Fashion Festival and seeking the internet I found a site offering hotel reservations and accommodation arrangements for almost all of the events through the year and since then when I have to visit a Convention or some exhibition the first thing to do is to check whether it is in the list of that site (and in 99% of the cases IT IS!). I don't know if this would be an advertisement but the resource(site) is MultiQuote
