Running winxp pro.I have a 19" widescreen monitor. I would like to basically enable duel monitors but have both desktops on just this one monitor. Can that be done?

I'm missing something, I think."Dual monitors" implies 2 separate monitors or do you mean that you want one monitor to work as 2 monitors? If you want both systems to "share" the monitor then look into getting a KVM switch as one option to go this route. Alternatively, if your monitor uses both DVI and VGA you could have each system use one of those connectors.Regards,JB

I want it to split my one monitor into two virtual monitors. So on one montor, I can have my regular desktop and a second desktop.

Greetings,Well you could do this in a couple of ways I think:1) Assuming the monitor supports Analog and Digital forms and the desktops have the right connectors, you could use each on a desktop to get 2 displays: One under analog and the other digital.2) KVM switch. In this case the keyboard and mouse may also be shared using the switch.I'd note that in either case it isn't like you'll have both systems displaying on the same screen simultaneously.Regards,JB
