Peter Norton has a lot of gaul to suggest that the US needs a data breach act. He has long since moved Symantec to India, where he and his crew no longer need abide by US laws. I say, if Peter Norton wants to dictate US law; let him move his company back to the USA and pay US taxes again. Otherwise, regardless of the truth of his words, he should leave US politics to those who are still loyal to the US.
