How To Save Dvd?

I have a DVD from highschool graduation that have usual problem it stops and gets blury. (I don't know how to say it on english, but I supose that you know what I'm talking about) Is there any solution for that problem?

Have you tried cleaning the disc? Does it play in different DVD players? I've seen CDs that would read fine with one system but skip with another.

Hey spider! I have some practice with German and Spanish, do you speak either of those languages? If a dvd is "getting blurry" it's called things in english like stutter, lag, skipping, not playing well, etc.

As LiveBrian said, does it do this on all DVD players? Is the DVD scratched?
