I had the same problem. I spent 6 weeks and had to resubmit twice. Then they lost my order number and said I had to resubmit again. I checked again and the original order number shows up as unshipped but I received an email with the same order number that says it shipped a month ago. I still don't have it. I emailed again and was told that shipped really means "in process". I may have my copy after the first service pack at this rate. (Yes, I know there's not supposed to be service packs) Hence my frustration

I had very few problems with Modus, the only thing was I didn't have Adobe Acrobat full version so I used a demo PDF maker to send them copies of my receipts, product # etc, and it had to be opened with Acrobat Reader instead of just clicking on the attachment icon. Once I got that across, they processed my order right on time, it was confirmed right at March 1, as they had previously stated, and arrived about March 15th. It included an HP upgrade assist disk, and the install and upgrade to Vista went 100% perfect. I have had exactly 1 program and 1 game not reinstall, others either worked fine right off or after selecting XP Compatibility Mode with icon properties. I'm totally satisfted with Vista, it's very nice, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone. Many included features that previously required 3rd party software, either commercial or shareware.
