Many of the web pages that I look at especially some of the basic "bulletin board" forums have the RSS symbol somewhere on the page. I am told that this RSS symbol will let me get an RSS feed of the forum thread and conversations. When ever I click on the RSS symbol a full screen opens with text that kind of looks like html code. I have several RSS feeds set up in Google Reader that I read from my iPad and cell phone.

When I click on the RSS symbol and the page of criptic text appears what I am suppose to do with?!!

Thanks!

Can you provide an example site along with the specific feed?

Thanks for your reply.

The URL of the site (Dropbox) and page is http://forums.dropbo...s=4#post-353636

I have attached the small button with the RSS symbol and also a portion of the page that appears when I click the RSS button.

Right-click the Subscribe to topic feed button and click 'Copy Link Location' or something like that. For the page you mentioned it's http://forums.dropbo...php?topic=45239 then put that into Google Reader and you're set.
