Sony started out great w/ the Betamax too, and we all know what happened there.All the HD-DVD camp needs to do is start lowering their pricing on players and discs.

my opinion: yeah, xbox has the (nice expensive) HD-DVD addon, but blu-ray has always been standard for PS3.
