I have a new laptop with Microsoft Office 2010 installed.

I can't open any excel documents by double clicking on them, and when I select "open with" the excel program isn't available to use to open with it. The only way to open these type of documents is to open Excel 1st and then open from that program.

How can I get the program to open by just double clicking on it?

A - Find Where The 'EXCEL.EXE' Program Is Located,

B - Use 'Open With' On The File You Want To Open, As You Did Before,

C - Use 'Browse' And Point It To ( A ),

D - Tick The Square To Make That Association Permanent.
