Well, ABS is just one more company to skip doing business with. Obviously the service was offered in conjunction with the computer purchase and any reasonable person would expect that the on-site service was part of the warranty. ABS should have contracted with another company to provide the service. Why take the chance that the same will happen to you, when you can simply buy from someone else?
