Heh, flying is easy. Just practice on a local server, not connected, until you become proficient. That's how I became the ace pilot I am today :lol:The hardest thing to fly is a helo. Once you get used to using "A" and "D" to turn, you're golden ;)The next step is using weapons. Just practice strafing runs until you can hit your target (I used the sitting tanks). Once you're done with that, go online and practice with moving targets. Make sure you know how to defeat heat seeking missiles before you do though ;)

First person fighter sounds cool lol maybe you can run around as a street fighter character and kick people.Oh First Person Shooters and RPGS are really different. I personally don't care for first person shooters just can't get into them. But I love RPGS (roleplayer games) it varies but the base of it is you run around through a story think of kinda like if they made lord of t he rings into a video game where you have to tell gandalf which magic to use against the enemy orcs.. er well ok maybe not as easily explained as I thought it would be lol.

Spike - Helos are cake only on the computer. In real life they are very, very wierd. Pilot sits on the right (fixed wings sit on the left), a lever between the seats called the collective is a combination engine throttle and lift controller, (that's in you left hand) the stick which controls pitch and roll is in the right, and the feet are on two pedals to control yaw. While fliying in Norfolk, they go the brilliant idea that all the fixed wing aviators would go over to the helo squadron and get some cross training. One of our guys had the best description of flying a helo (especially after a thousand hours in fixed wings - a monkey having sex with a football. Course I cleaned it up a bit.Looking forward to the weekend, however, after the rain we finally had, I'll probably spend several hours cutting grass.
