Here on the West Coast of Florida, the temperature is close to 90 most days now during the summer but the humidity is even worse. You take one step out of the house and you're sweating already. We just had a little rain which we need, although that is much better than being hit by a hurricane during this season.

My office is in our Data Center - kept at 68 all day. Anything above 68 is HOT to me. I loved the snow and cold and look forward to getting back. I LOVE the cold - trust me... :--)

Welcome everyone! It's important to note that not all of California is the same. We are a big, tall state with lots of different weather patterns. Inland, in the center of the state (which is mostly farm land) it can get very hot. It does not get as hot in the coastal towns. It is also generally warmer the more southern you go -- so LA and San Diego are a heck of a lot warmer than we are here in San Francisco. It rarely gets above 75 here. There is almost always a breeze, and sometimes it's downright windy. The fog still rolls in in the mornings.

I ran track and played football. Sometimes, I dreaded working out because we had to be in the heat, the sun, and the rain. Now, I have a choice to work out in 95+ degree weather.> {quote:title=spike wrote:}{quote}AuroraManson wrote:> > Spike - lol can i be from mimas? http://www.astro.virginia.edu/ class/skrutskie/images/saturn mimasdeath.gif> > > > > > You can be from anywhere you want !!LOL I already told her that she looks angelic in that picture.
