i had the same problem with moduslink, even after many emails and telephone calls to apeldoorn in holland. they arbritralily cancelled my order because they couldnt find my cheque which was posted with all the correct paperwork and recorded delivery. they told me to conact the pc maker (packardbell) who chose not to reply to my 2 letters posted with printed down emails from moduslink. however i am quite pleased in a way because my xp pro works fine and i am hearing vista is a bit of a dog.olly curtisst mary cray kent uk.

To me that is total imcompetence on Moduslinks part. Plus noone should be forced to upgrade so I also blame Microsoft.

I think it was bad for MS letting Moduslink handle the Vista Upgrade Project. I did not have the same problem as the guy in the story had. My problem was being told they could not find my paperwork even after receiving a confirmation that my COA and Proof of purchase was confirmed. They wanted me to send another reciept in when in the beginning I had sent them my original reciept. I had to keep on them until I finally got my product.. I hope not to deal with them again.
