After reading this article last month I decided to check out Telcan's pbx service. I ended up subscribing to it and it has been running for about 2 weeks now. Its absolutely GREAT so far and its been the perfect interface for me to use with my customers. It truly has made my business more respectable and professional looking. As for Telcan's customer service, I can't complain at all. They have been prompt and clear in answering any questions I had and the setup of my PBX was done very fast and without any problems. I would recommend the service for any small business.
