Why not to place for a while a big note about phishing scams in all electronic monthly statements or within accounts online? Print it even for those who still use the paper statements. They can learn about it, too.

There's a lot of intelligence among our (New Jersey's) corrupted, often pay-for-their-office government officials, but not much common sense.
