I'm not sure what you mean by your quote ftfire1 . . . the IBM PC Clone is what pushed the Apple Computer to the sidelines. The fact that Apple is too bigheaded to allow a clone is what has helped them to remain elitist and secure their position in a niche market. If the fool Jobs would just see that he could make money just selling the MAC OS to run on Apples and Apple Clones, then Apple Inc would be larger than Microsoft.

I wonder if Steve Jobs ever listens to anyone except himself. I used to use Apples back "in the day" but switched to IBM PC Clones because they were less expensive. And since the IBM PC Clone has supersaturated the market THAT is why Microsoft is such a large company. Now, if good ole Stevie would just allow for Apple PC Clones there WOULD be serious competition out there. Apple could ACTUALLY give Microsoft a run for its money. As it stands, with Apple being an elitist bunch of snobs, they will continue down that path until Jobs finally dies.

I loved my 2c I had a friend with an old mac clone that was cool jobs has shot the mac pc in the foot with not letting people make clones.

I emailed PSYSTAR and asked what brand of RAM and MOTHERBOARD they use and they declined to tell me. I asked because some of the cheaper brands are in many cases very unstable. Beware....Cheaper is not all ways better. Also, I still cannot find any "customer reviews" on this product. Has anyone actually recieved the computer they ordered from this company?
