In my experience Acronis TI appears to be the only utility for cloning HDs with XP Home edition, either as backup or for migrating to a larger HD.
After battling for 3 days, using every trick I knew (having cloned dozens of Win 98, Me and XP Pro HDs), I conclude that XP Home Edition has a nasty anti-copying feature, which Ghost 9.0 and Ghost 10.0 couldn't handle. In addition, Acronis copied two partitions - a hidden OEM Backup partition, and the active XP Home partition - like a breeze, when I gave it a blank destination HD.

True Image 10 and 11 does not work with motherboard with the newer Intel? P35 / ICH9 chipset. So check your board before you buy or else get stuff with it while waiting for future software releases. I've been waiting since True Image 10, and 11 still does not have the support for ICH9.
