Do you guys get a kickback from Nikon and Canon? You never look at Pentax. The new K20D is wonderful but you would not know that would you??????
My guess is that PCWorld has not gotten one supplied by Pentax yet for review. They have reviewed Pentax DSLRs in the past. Here is review for the K100D: www.pcworld.com/article/id,127945/article.html.
One could also argue that the K20D might not quite be in the same category as the cameras talked about in this article. To my knowledge, all the cameras in this article (at that were talked about in detail) where sub $1000 cameras...and I believe that is NOT the case for the K20D.
I would say that if you are patient, then they will likely get around to reviewing the K20D. But, if you want/need a review sooner, then I would say a magazine dedicated to cameras might be a better place to look in the short term. Consider PCWorld is a computer magazine, first and foremost, it will likely take them longer to review newer cameras than a camera magazine as they have more "stuff" to cover than just cameras.

How about Olympus's SLR offerings? Do you guys have your head in the sand? Olympus offered the FIRST SLR with live view LCD with the E-330 way back in 2005. Have you not checked out the E-510? Not quite the professional level quality of the E-3 but at less than half the price and almost half the weight you get images damn near the quality. The E-420 with 25 mm f2.8 lens is the world's thinnest and smallest SLR with no sacrifice of image quality or features. The 4/3 system lens line up is second to none for image quality and more affordable than any. The only dust reduction system that actually works, in camera image stabilization...the list goes on. Wake up!

Take Smax's response on Pentax and substitute Olympus. PC World is primarily a Computer magagzine. Now we know that digital photography is a preiphial of computing, but I doubt that their budget allows them to go out and buy one of every camera introduced. If the camera producer/importer is willing to provide a sample, I'm sure that the magazine is willing to review them. Shoot, I doubt they buy the computer stuff either for that matter.

Yeah, I suppose you are right. Actually Olympus is probably the one to blame for not getting the word out more on what fine cameras they produce, for not having a larger advertising budget and for not sending out more of their stuff to reviewers. They spend their money on developing well thought out cameras and lenses. I THINK they are the only company to have designed a digital photographic system (Four Thirds) from the ground up rather than adapting old film equipment. It 's just a shame that Canikon gets ALL the attention, name recognition wise: not that their stuff isn't good, but folks really should check out Oly's offerings before they buy.
