Hey Eric!!
Good story and I agree , we should all be using Firefox.
Too many flaws in IE7. We absolutely don't need the headaches.
Trying to play with the registry, even though you have instructions, if you are not familiar with tweaking, like
exporting the good string to a safe folder "BEFORE" you rearrange
the landscape in your registry, then I recommend you do not do it.
Firefox is still the safest solution.Best to wait for a fix.

I guess I won't be worried about this, but I will pass this along to other who I know have to use IE because of their jobs.
I have been using FireFox (even way back when it was called Mozilla) and haven't regretted it for an instant. The only time I use anything remotely IE is when I use IE Tab for those websites made for IE only (yes, there are still a few of those out there).
