I am not real up-to-date on what cloud technology is but this article contradicts the 60% increase of cloud based software expected to grow in the article issed this same World Business News Daily (Watch for Security in the Clouds). Will all the labor for this rest on CIO's? Which is it? 60% raise in the purchase of the software or a decline in the people who actually buy the product?

I am confused!
