I have an i touch 16 gig with the 1.1.4 software, and even that can be touchy at times. Maybe that is what they mean by using the name i touch. It takes 4 or 5 seconds to active an mp3 from the time that you get the screen to do so. This i pod like all the other ones that I have (5) requires frequent resets to get it working at times. Don't buy one of the these products for Aunt Matilda, since she will likely cut you out of her will!!!!
