I honestly find it hard to believe that folks can fall for these all too common scams.

Male Enhancement and breast augmentation. Don't know why the government doesn't crack down on all of those ads.

"...nearly 30 percent of Internet users confessed to purchasing something from spam e-mail."
Maybe I should get into the spam email business. I had no idea there were that many suckers on the Internet.

Y'know, research has shown that 40% of all statistics are wrong... ;-)

My neighbor got one the other day. Plus the dummy opened the attachment.
When I set his e-mail up for him last year I warned him not to open that stuff.
Oh well.

Yes - well they are all obviously phoney - EXCEPT the one that says "sexy women find me iridescent.." that is obviously true.
(Having a play of lustrous rainbow colours; "an iridescent oil slick"; "iridescent clouds looking like mother-of-pearl")

I don't know why the 'authorities' don't council the advice of 'deep throat' who advised; "follow the money.." Someone has to eventually cash your cheque for the "penis enlargement". Ofcourse if they are going to post you a brick with a string attached then they have forefilled their legal obligation. :-)

There something else you missed a lot of these scammer's hang out in social sites like HI5 and wireclub . Had one try to scam me with the fake death of her late father in South Africa said her lawyer needed my bank account number so her lawyer could transfer $39 million to my account . I didn't fall for this scam but i did report it to the local F.B.I headquarters . When first got this PC don't know how many times Microsoft warned not to give out private info I follow these rules

Not to mention I win the same lottery sometimes 4 times a week! Then you got the supposed kids who's parent's died and you can have his sister as your wife,(whether you are married or not) just help them get their money because they can't until they are 21 and also the supposedly dying people who call you friend to start with and then go into their sad story of how greedy they have been all their life but now found God and want you to help the under privalaged with their money! Get tons of them!!! Reporting does nothing but seem to ghet me even more of them!

I can't tell you how many times I have been offered millions of dollars for a fee, or I won a lottery, or viagra, or replica watch, or porn (sexy girl....), or business opportunity/get rich fast method.
This thing is not news, the TV program 20/20 from ABC even did a story about it. I can't believe people still fall for it. We can't completely blame the spammers to cheat money, the receiver side also own their fault - they actually think they can get something.
Yes, while 1 percent, even just 0.1 percent seems small, but when the total number is millions, then even 0.01 percent is a lot.
