What he did is wrong, but this company needs and IT consultant/staff to implement security policies. All passwords should have been changed/deleted when he left....and no firewall!!! They are IT illiterate!

It was dumb of the company not to change passwords after he left (even after five months?!), but it was absolutely criminal of them to show up at his house with BASEBALL BATS when they wanted their equipment back. And, apparently, they even grabbed up personal equipment they weren't supposed to have.

They're lucky the guy only hurt them via their mail server, and didn't go after them physically.

Akimbo representatives showed up at his door in April 2003 -- one carrying a baseball bat -- and taken both his work and personal computers.
OK if this was true did the Akimbo representatives get charged with anything?
