The note book is dead. whoo.
But just like in a pc parts can break or move. check it out before you go buy a new one.
If you don't know what ram is then I would suggest you stay out though. hehe

Yeah, this would have been real helpful a while ago. My laptop stopped getting powered. My sister had had the same problem recently, and the cord was at fault, so I took it apart looking for the problem, but could not find anything. So I soldered it back together, and the computer still wouldn't work. I took it apart, and found that the Power connector was lose, so I pushed it in more. Funny - I suspect it was left that way after it was repaired by a tech professional for another issue I couldn't fix.
Makes me wonder if he didn't plug it back in on purpose...
