Very interesting points made especially in regards to anyone being able to sign up on a job site as an "employer" and have full access to peoples personal information on their resumes. It hasn't really occurred to me that this would be an issue, but the first thing I am going to do is edit my resume. Another thing to consider is if you get a call or email from a potential "employer" is to do a background check on them to make sure they are a legitimate company. I have heard of people being recruited by companies and being asked to give out their bank account information or copies of their passports before being officially hired. Lets turn the tables on these "employers" and check them out before they take our identities.
