Sort Outlook E-mails with SenderOK Plug-In

This is SenderOK here. Thank you for the feedback, although if you were having problems, our toll-free support hotline at +1-866-793-2236 (US toll-free) or support@senderok.com would have been ready to help immediately.
Products that index emails are prone to start off slow while emails are being indexed. So it is possible that Outlook and FF work slower while your email base is being indexed (probably your base is huge). The indexing is necessary for correct ranking of all your future emails. It is a one-time inconvenience.
I can understand your impatience but please give SenderOK one more chance.
Since the PC World version of the software may have missed a daily update or more, I recommend that, to update your current version, you download directly from www.senderok.com and the new installation will upgrade that current version.
You say SenderOK "basically messed everything up", will you please elaborate? Our development team would like to know what the problem is.
Will you please contact our support team at support@senderok.com to let us diagnose the problem and solve it?
