I do like the new site, but have one minor thing I hope you'll change. When you click on "Print," it automatically (at least in Firefox) opens up the print dialog box instead of taking you to a print-page version of the full article. Does this mean we can only print individual pages of a long article, or will it automatically print the whole thing? (Your recent 78 tips for software article is a good example.) I deliberately didn't want to hit "Print" if it wasn't going to give me a full-article print page -- otherwise, I'm wasting ink when I don't need to.Thanks! Otherwise, I love the new look.

I personally like the old site style better. The new format is cluttered and slow to load by comparison. I'm not too thrilled either that in order for someone to post here that a registration with personal information is required. I've been using PC World for a sometime now to acquire knowledge on various computer aspects, and up til now have found it informative and easy to navigate. The new format might look and feel "cool", but I think you've gone a little overboard.

Very impressive! It's a whole new PC World Home! The great new interface would probably look good in any web browser but it looks particularly good in Firefox with a BlueShift theme. Everything looks more futuristic and fresh! My one complaint is that the ads in the articles aren't at/near the bottom of the page anymore but to the right of the articles instead. This makes the article narrow and long. But otherwise, great job!!!

Nice look and feel. But -I hate having to log into 35 different sites everyday just to pop up an item or drop a comment, especially when the info isn't really used to tailor the customer experience, it's just revenue selling the data to advertisers. I went through the trouble of creating another throwaway profile and password that I will never use again just to leave this comment. I don't even bother with most sites, it's not worth the bother, I just avoid the site and look for something more user-friendly. But PC World has provided enough value to me to make it worth the effort to provide the feedback in return.

Wow, this site really sucks. It's too cramped and the color scheme blows. I used to subscribe to another pc magazine, but I switched to PC World a few years ago...because I hated the other pc mag's website. Guess what? This one is worse. Ironically, the other pc mag just improved its website...at the same time PC World ruined this one. Guess I'll be going back to that other mag. Oh and I HATE having to sign-in to comment, as do most people. So, enjoy all the fake info you get from that process.

The fact that you made so many things on the site worse all at once means that you're going to have a very difficult time convincing your customers that it was done for us. You should have taken the downhill trend slower. I would assume that PCWorld execs and its advertisers are happy with what you've done for them, though. Very nice site, as long as you don't have to actually use it!

Your new website does not work as well as the old one! It loads slower and I get a black screen when clicking a link in your newsletters. The black screen seems to last forever at times and occasionally locks up my machine. These things do NOT happen with any other website. I get several of your newsletters weekly and it happens the same on all those. Very annoying---WinXPSP2, 2.8g Celeron,1mb RAM,USR dialup USB modem. algator1

Hi algator1,I am sorry that you are not happy with our new site. Yes, it is more graphics intensive than our previous, which is likely why you are noticing a slowdown. I notice that you are on dialup, which is also probably the cause. Although we care about all of our users, 90% of them are on high speed connections, and we must target the majority when designing our site.Thank you for having the patience to use our site anyway, it is very appreciated.Kellie
