So, 95% less radiation? But you still need a cel phone? So that's 100% radiation PLUS 5% radiation...so the net "reduction" in radiation is +5%?

the idea being that you're not holding the cell phone next to your skull, which is where the potential for radiation damage happens. or so I understand it.
