If you want to get their attention you have got to expose them publically in Chinese and English to all major newspapers in Beijing and all major iT websites in Beijing and send all copies to Ministry of IT in Beijing and several other Ministers.. This will make them scared. Otherwise they will ignore ..It is Chinese way to make you go away..Just ignore.

The fun isn't done even when the bad guys lose their domain names. These domains may have delivered malware, porn, or other questionable content. They may be on blacklists or blocked by corporations for their previous content.
And then the domain name gets recycled, but its past behavior may mark it as a bad domain for a long time.
If you purchase a domain previously registered at a questionable registrar, make sure and do your homework. Research your domain on the Wayback Machine, Yahoo Site explorer, and other resources. There is a free cheat sheet at http://siteriver.com/domaintest.php to help you conduct your background check. Just enter the domain you are researching and over a dozen links are generated to help you evaluate what OpenDNS, Google, Yahoo, and other domain evaluation sites report.

Most of the SPAM and malware I get (filtered) originates from .cn domain names...

That bugs me.
