If I Am Correct The FCC has rules about filtering/throttling certain traffic....but what stops them from saying "we do not filter traffic. we simple increase the priority for legitimate requests"
The mobile web has become a daily part of the american life style. we all have used the internet, checked our e-mail or even watched a few youtube videos online at least once in our lifes, most of us do it from a mobile phone. The japanesse are a romodle to us when it comes to technology and we should learn from them because what they are doing seems to be working in a sense; but we have FCC rules and more freedoms that alot of us take for granted...so we're told. Nobody volintarily walks into an unlimited data plan with out expecting there use of the web to be unlimited and for this reason I am looking into Buzzirk mobile for there unlimited no acceptable use policy data plan. Buzzirk mobile is a GSM based Virtual Mobile Operator gaining popularity quickly for there everything unlmited plan for $79.99 a month with no contract. I am a little bit off topic but the fact remains......Unlimited is unlimited and if the mobile services can not compete they should be elimated....Pump more bandwith out into the mobile air ways and you will hear less complients from customers about the poor data speeds your service has.
P.S..Comcast was sued by FCC for blocking Bit-Torrent traffic and about 99.7% of my web histories do not contain tasteless content.

The mobile industry will grow and the technology and network capacities will improve to meet the demand for mobile porn. The internet was pushed to evolve to meet this demand and mobile will follow a similar path.
