for anyone that follows the CRM industry this is clearly MSFT playing catch up to other vendors more nible SaaS vendors like RightNow Technologies and SFDC. Not sure this is a game changer for MSFT, but it clearly shows a shift in the future focus of investing in more cloud based applications.
