E-Mail Etiquette: Tips for Home and Work

While the issues discussed here are important, there are a whole slew of e-nuances that one needs to consider when e-mailing for commercial gain.
All too often business users incorrectly assume too informal of a tone in their business e-mail communications. Don't make this mistake!
If, as a guideline, you view your business e-mail as though you are communicating as you would via off-line business letterhead -- you'll never go wrong.
Many times you only have one chance to make an impression and you are only one e-mail away from unsubscribes from current and future potential customers. Misuse of your lists and improper handling as briefly noted in this article, can make or break you.
