Hey Pancho !!
Welcome to PCWorld Community !
IF you have CCleaner installed : http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner (if not, download and install from this link).
Go to the "TOOLs" tab on the left hand side and from that tab , choose the "Startup" tab. A list of your startup
programs will appear. On the "Right Bottom" of that page, there will be a link to "Save as Text" . Click on it
and save where you want to. Clicking on the saved text will open in "Notepad" and from there, click on the "File" button on the Upper Left hand side. From the context menu, choose "Print".

Hi :
Probably the more common way of posting the StartUp
programs on your computer would be to use the FREE
HijackThis program, available for download from
http://www.filehippo...hijackthis/2894
After installation, you would start the program and
click the "Open the Misc Tools section" buttom, then
click the "Generate StartupList log" button . Once
you click that button, the program will automatically
open up a "notepad" filled with the Startup items
from your computer. Copy, then paste these Entries
into a "Message" and submit it .

I would say either Flash or Spirits suggestions have hit the money.

For an exhaustive list, try Autoruns 10.01 by Microsoft. Open up autoruns.exe and then wait a few moments (maybe even a minute or two) for the list to populate. In the Options menu, checkmark "Hide Microsoft & Windows Entries." To save the list as a text file, go to File > Save > Save As Type: Text(*.txt)
Edit: I was using an earlier version. Directions updated for version 10.01.
