I have no sympathy with whinners who conscously break the law. If they don't want to pay for it let them build their own system or buy linux. It is morally wrong and a federal offense. This behavior is bespeaks of a serious decline the moral fabric of our society. Outraged

Downloaded the new IE 7 yet? Notice any features borrowed from, say Fire Fox? Okay lets drop back to the early 90's. C'mon all you old DOS Nazis, you remember right? Back in the old days when you had to type every line to get to whatever program you wanted to use? Then came windows 3.1 Now, it didnt work nearly as well as the Macintosh interface, but the concept was the same. I dont thank Microsoft has ever had an original idea, they steal from their competitors, or mimic their ideas as to make no difference, any of you remember that Symantec had to sue Microsoft because Windows Live had the same (or similar) code as Norton? I say Hack away, you Pirates! I think its Justice to steal from a thief! Can you not see the hypocrisy embedded in everything Microsoft does? They steal an idea, and then try to put an unbreakable code on it so you cant steal it from them! HA! Its pure genius!I know that if I tried to steal your stuff, put a rosy bow on it, and tried to sell it back to you, I would go to jail. Can anybody else not see this?

[/quote:98d3063273]Quite right, as MS-DOS was directly stolen from PC-DOS. That started the whole works.[Removed - No name-calling]. Maybe your programmers are great, but you are giving them too much credit. I am posting using a cracked XP x64. All of my other 32-bit XP Pro SP2 have been made to appear genuine, and they actually reactivated product keys that were previously blocked VLK. I can get what updates I want whenever I want, however I DO NOT WANT any 'Security Updates" and I have exactly 0 Security updates installed. But I do have all the WGA updates installed. I have ZERO HOTFIXES installed. All of my XP's work great just like they did when I took them out of the box. Now your programmers want to ask, How'd I do this? How I did it is none of anyone's business. The point is, I was able to get it done, and that at one point I decided to hell with windows activation and to hell with genuine advantage.Once a month MS made a new WGA for XP in 2006 and within hours of release there was a crack or patch waiting. Finally back in October I was able to permanetly activate my XP's through your own system- and I have NOT been bothered since. So, I am quite happy with XP and I can do without the grief that I read here for Vista - And I see that MS is indulged in a gigantic HYPE campaign. Listen Folks DO NOT be fooled: VISTA SUCKS and THE WORLD does NOT want it. MS wants you to believe otherwise, but I will tell you right now, any new PC I buy will be WIPED and XP installed onto it, now that I can activat eit at whim. So, you say that the crackers and patchers are giving MS much work, and that your guys are going to bed on Xmas Eve and the crackers are not. Well, not to to be too contradictory but I saw one of these crackers operate once, and it took him about 2 hours to get it. So for every solid 40-hour week of work your guys spend on Anti Piracy, you have the whole world working for 2 hours and then the cracks are posted. There are keygens and cracks that bypass all kinds of ptotections you have not ewven checked yet. [Removed - Obvious reasons]So, it boils down to MS vs The World and The World does NOT want VISTA right now- The WORLD refused that kind of future when the NAZIS were defeated.Cleaned up your post, don't make me do it again.
