You may not even need Photoshop or Office because the function you want can usually be found in your printer's properties menu (Properties/Printing Preferences). Many printers give you the option of printing multiple images on the same page. I can't be any more specific without knowing more about your PC and printer.
Media Center: Core i3 3220 - 128GB Plextor SSD (boot) - 1TB Samsung HDD (storage) - Radeon 4350 - 8GB G.Skill 1333 RAM - Biostar ECO HD61V kit - Win7 HP 64-bit

OK, I get what you're asking.
Open a new Word document. Find the "Insert" command (it varies from version to version) then select your image. You can do this multiple times with the same image. To resize an image on the page simply grab a corner and pull is down DIAGONALLY (to maintain the proper dimensions).
If you want the image resized before you paste them on a Word document page you're going to have to use Photoshop. I think this link will help you with any current version:

Hope I'm on the right track this time...
