How do I print out the outlook calendars for a select group of people for a selected time period?

Hi,

I hope this makes sense: How do I print out the outlook calendars for a select group of people for a selected time period?

I'd like print out onto one sheet the appointments people have for say between May-July.

IS there an easy way to do this?

Hi Zaphod. Well, I just did a test and you can definitely print calendars for specific dates. However, I am a bit confused as to what you mean by "for a select group of people." The calendar that I just printed out covers from May 1, 2008 to July 31, 2008 and all appointments within that time is listed. Can you be a little more specific as to what exactly you mean?

Hi,

Basically I'd like to select say 4 users, and merge whatever appointments they have for a giev period (say 2 months) into one calender I can view and then print.

Okay, I presume that you already have access to these four calendars, correct? If that is correct, I am not sure if this is feasible. I know you can view all four calendars at once but when you click File -> Print..., only one of the four calendars can be printed at a time. I do not want to say it is not possible; however, I personally do not know of a way. Hopefully others may have an idea for you.

You may have to create a VBA macro to do what you're asking, especially if each person has his or her own login account. I would suggest you try posting your question on some of the Microsoft VBA Programming forums (Google is your friend). Other users there are usually very helpful, and will often create code for you if possible. You could try starting here: http://help.lockergnome.com/office/Programming-VBA-forum-79.html

Thanks for the help so far.

If I rephrased the question slighty and asked is it possible to merge peoples outlook calenders into one calender?

LOL Very clever. I see where you are going. You hope that it is possible to merge the calendars and then print the one newly created calendar. LOL

Well, sorry to burst your bubble but I do not believe that is possible. If you Right Click on a particular calendar, you will see several options. Unfortunately, none of them allow a person to merge that calendar into another calendar.

Have you reviewed the suggestions that MCBarker provided?
