Two of my customers have reported anomolies when I send them emails using Outlook.
The first says the message comes to him in large 20 point type and as a single line, forcing him to scroll across the page to find what I said. Maddening!
The second complains that when I send him an email with an attachment, his computer freezes up and he has to reboot. He also reports that if he tries to open the attachment I sent with my email, the machine will freeze up again. He is using a Fujitsue ultra compact laptop.
These two problems are probably some how related, but I have not a clue as to just how. Somewhere out there, there must be an OUTLOOK expert who relishes debuging this kind of puzzle. I sure would appreciate knowing what the solution is.
Lately, I have seen another interesting phenomenon. At the bottom of my email, I typed the name of my company, CMIS, INC. just under my name.
CMIS, INC. was replicated in the received email, centered, and in 24 point bold type inside a box.
I suspect all three of these may be related. I am not certain just how.
Thanks for your input.
